welcome,

friend

Hi, hello, so happy you’re here!

I’m Cynthia! I’m a coach who believes taking care of yourself should actually fit your life.

I’m a mom, a wife, a therapist, and a National Guard officer and veteran. I’m also a long time Orangetheory coach who genuinely loves what I do. And honestly, I love all of it, even when life feels a little full.

I get it. To be balancing responsibilities, taking care of everyone else, and trying to find time and energy for yourself somewhere in the middle of it all.

I’m also a bit of a caffeine junkie and will absolutely have a true crime podcast playing in the background whenever I can.

All of that shapes who I am and how I coach.

My background is in both fitness and mental health, which means I’m not just focused on workouts. I’m looking at your habits, your routine, your stress, and what is actually realistic for you.

This is not about extremes or quick fixes. It’s about building consistency, creating structure, and learning how to show up for yourself in a way that actually lasts.

I’m an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Orangetheory coach with over six years of experience. I also hold a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling with continued masters level training in Applied Behavior Analysis.

My own fitness journey has included bodybuilding, powerlifting, and endurance training, which has given me a well rounded perspective on what it means to feel strong in different ways.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple. I want to help you feel like yourself again and build something that actually fits your life.
